Hi Cobra Pelada! ill be going over your application!

Your logs seem fine.

You do have a punishment, but that was over a year ago.

• Delay: Warning; slay; three kicks before: 8 hours ban; 12 hours ban (Player continues to get 12 to 24 hours bans if insists to delay. I believe that higher punishments are too harsh for a funny gamemode)

usually you wouldn't want to kick them 3 times.. Thats a bit much, once should be fine.

if i'm not mistaken I don't see a death run punishment ladder.

• NSFW/Offensive sprays: (If possible, always remove the spray) Warning; 3 day spray "ban"; 1 week spray "ban"; player will be unable to spray again.

for an NSFW spray it would automatically be a permanent spray ban.

Favoritism: 1 hour teamban; 12h team ban; 1 day teamban; 3 days team ban; 1 week team ban; 1 month team ban (repeatable)

immediately jumping to a 1h tban is a bit harsh. usually it would just be a warning then a slay first.

• RED/BLU Pretending to be Warden: 5 minutes gag and mute; warning; player continues to getting gagged and muted for 1 day if persists
If BLU: 3 hours team ban; 9 hours team ban; 18 hours team ban, 1 day team ban

warn them first then take action.

other than these the application looks great! good luck!
