Completed Clean up the forums a bit?

Yeah. The forums. mainly used for reporting and appealing reports, followed by admin applications.
I see that there is not really much stuff happening, and some stuff is actually not updated.
This is just a little suggestion, so I hope it will get done quickly, but Is it possible to clean up the forums?
An example is unpinning the threads on Off-Topic as they are dead and no one uses them, and pinning other ones like corrupt-a-wish, and other threads that were recently made that are minigames on the forums.

We could can add them as pinned threads too.

Reports are also spammed as well as people resolving it. This makes it look like that's the only thing happening. (also timezones exist)

I don't see how you think that there's nothing happening other than reports.

Theres only one comment about an appeal. I don't think that there needs to be any big change.
