We are usually getting Sniper vs medic, Medic vs spies. Matches are not fun anymore. Players are leavening servers early.
I request you to update the match making to strong vs strong players.
Example: Heavy vs soldier, Pyro vs Soldiers, Strong Blue team vs weak red team, Example: Heavy vs Scout.

This is why we have !surrender. The threshold of that command is also very low such that only 50% of the team would need to surrender.
