Answered Civilian downloads?

Started up TF2 and went to Class Wars (AUS) server and some files were downloading. They seemed like they were related to the civilian (because of the words civilian and umbrella in the file names. Can anybody tell me what is happening, or how the civilian can be used on the server?

Civilian is a new class Bene added to class wars based of the scraped civilian class ( https://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/...a scrapped,Fortress and Team Fortress Classic. ) to make it more fun. Basically you run around with an umbrella and smash people with it. It's allota fun. Does this answer your questions?
