Nothing spectacular that I can see. However, there's this dodgy part at tick ~2800 where he locks onto the engy through the wall.
I'll let others take a look before taking action myself as I'm unsure.

there should be places where he snaps to the buildings, and one place where he keep snapping from heavy to engi a few times.

and he did still snap to the buildings. I do know it was for the engi tho.

I can unsure you from my experince that it isn't normal.
