After doing some research - you're teambanned on JB for not having a mic. It was applied back in 2019.
Since the punishment is rather old, your teamban will be removed after you prove to any staff member that you have a mic.

ask in our discord if there is any staff available to do a mic check for you. Once they verify your mic is working and of sufficient quality in-game, the punishment can be removed.
