Answered can you ghost if people are delaying?

recently ive found my self in jb games and alot of the times we would have a engi teleport back to spawn and be trapped there so we wait untill there found can we ghost?

If someone is delaying, you are allowed to ghost.

However be sure to understand that simply being in a cell does not constitute delaying nor does the scenario you described of an engie being trapped in a cell constitute delaying on it's own.
