This isnt even me trying to get unmuted, the staff on this server, usually kerknor, are extremely toxic. I originally joined the server and was messing around and said things i shouldnt and thats fine I took my punishment. Now, every time I come on the server I am muted, gagged, and sometimes banned for no reason. Today, he muted me for mic spam, if you have logs and can provide me any evidence of that, please do. I come on the server now with the specific goal to not get muted, and still somehow your immature staff member finds a way to abuse their power to make it happen. Show me evidence that I micspammed, and when you cant, admit that youre power hungry and shouldnt be in any position of power! Thanks! -buck

As I said, I come on the server and act genuine and normal, and still get punishment for things I have done prior. As I said I don't care if I get unmuted, I care that this certain admin will punish me for nothing. We are never going to get a response with evidence and that's exactly why I wrote this. -buck

I'll get the demo up over the weekend. Just to put it out there, you asked permission 2-3 times if you could do that over the mic and when you didn't get permission, you did it anyway.

Then afterwards, you tried to act innocent after fully admitting what you did.
Also as it was pointed out above, you weren't banned for no reason.

Oh yes please post a video up, I dont need permission to say anything in chat. I knew you were going to abuse your power and mute me so i made a joke about how you were mute me for it. And I was right. The attachment you posted is no evidence for a mute. It is my response to you muting me. What do you constitute as mic spam? Is honey saying her slogan 100 times a day not mic spam? Please elaborate on how long I was "mic spamming" as well. You muted me for making a noise, plain and simple. Was I using a soundboard? Nope. Was I spamming something ridiculous over and over? Nope. I made a noise with my mouth for less than a second that wasnt offensive, wasnt interrupting, wasnt doing anything against your server rules. I am going to hold you to this and I look forward to seeing what evidence you post. Its funny because whenever I go to other 2fort server and ask if they were treated like shit by you and honey they go on rants about you and your attitude. I dont want the unmute, I want to expose you for the terrible example of an admin you are. Also please include in your demo you saying "i dont care if you broke the rules or not" to andrech, thanks!


On top of that my friend Jaffa just went through a tramatic life experience and your friend honey was snarky and an asshole to him. But your leadership doesnt fall onto her because, well, you tell me. Stop treating everyone thats having fun as a villain.

I'd say you have had a lot of warnings. Again, you even asked for permission because you knew it was against the rules and you wanted to bait.

You had the rules in front of you and still didn't copy them correctly. Please read.
"Spamming voice chat includes but is not limited to constantly using the mic, playing music or obnoxious sounds. " It says playing annoying sounds. It also says obnoxious sounds. You "reeing" on the mic qualifies.

Had you not had priors, a simple warning would have been given. However, you have demonstrated that you don't care about the rules or about being muted. You have even gone as far as being muted by other staff for being "gross".

He is some small clips showing that, including your "throat singing" which you said was sicko mode at first, then changed it after your mute to "just you singing".
