Completed Bring back /skeleton

self explanatory bring back /skeleton we have /robot and the ability to change the size of body parts I don't see /skeleton being a huge issue even has actual animations so its not donor abuse if you use it cough /robot

Yeah I loved it when the corpses would launch towards the center of the map upon death
