I understand what i was doing was completely stupid and wrong i should have not mic spammed to annoy everyone on the server with really loud music and not talk while i had should of been muted by changing my name im sorry for my actions and promise not to do it again

You're aware of the fact that you have an ongoing mute, yet you still continued micspamming even after being votekicked multiple times? I'm not too sure what happened before I joined, but the various complaints from players leads me to believe you were micspamming for quite a while. Your name changes with some of your friends to try and dodge punishments isn't a good look either. Frankly, the ban for evading your mute would've been applied sooner if not for the fact that I had barely woken up prior to this punishment. As is, I'm not sure if you would actually be able to keep your promise if your ban were to be lifted.

i mean for the mute for me right now it only has like 4 hours left before it expires so i would be able to keep my promise

After discussing with other staff, I've decided to lower your ban duration from one month to two weeks from the date it was set. Micspamming harms the playing experience for everyone involved, so please bear that in mind as you wait out the week or so left of your ban.
