Resolved Bought donor but I can't use it

So I bought donor ( with store credits) on August 30 and on that day I can't use it. I went to discord and ask in why I can't use donor and they said to wait for the server restart every 6am on their respected time zones so I waited for the next day and didn't get it still. Till today I still didn't get it
