Resolved Blackwonder Zombie Survival US server lag issue

This started to happen around 5 in the evening (Central US time) on pl_downward and the server started to run so poorly that other users were experiencing unplayable gameplay due to frequent stutters and game-freezing, could this be fixed to be playable as usual, and also people's pings also started to spike up to 100 - 200+ pings.
