Why would you like to become a moderator?
well, i like to help people and in general be able to stop people who do bad things (i know i know im saying such broad words but i mean what i mean)

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
warnings or tempbans, depending on the offense, for example if its a micspammer (earaper etc.) then it would be a mute/gag (global mute is what i mean) or if its just a general toxic player id just warn them, an exploiter would be a permban ofcourse.

Hi, just gonna go over your application real quick

Insufficient time

Chatlogs are fine, and no punishments on record. (Try to keep it this way!!)

It's hard to get a grasp on how well you know the server rules and how to apply punishments when you have very little playtime. It's great that you want to help! But those three cumulative days of playtime (72 hours) helps you get familiar with the servers and the rules. For example, we do not permanently ban exploiters right off the bat.

The best thing you can do right now is to increase your playtime.

Spoiler: If you are still interested in helping our servers..

In the meantime, I recommend that you utilize our methods for reporting rulebreakers. Below are some ways to do that:

1) Use our Discord's #requesthelp channel to report real-time incidents.
2) Use our in-game !calladmin command to report real-time incidents.
3) Use the forums to report players. (Forums will not be around forever, but we are still accepting reports)
4) Use our Discord's ticket system (#player-report) to report players.

Some extra tips if you are struggling to identify the player you want to report:

- You can type 'status' in the in-game console
- You can convert Steam profile links to Steam IDs with https://findsteamid.com/
- If a player is no longer on the server but typed out something inappropriate, you will be able to find them with https://tfstats.tf/servers. You can search for them directly or find them under the chatlogs of the server you were just on.

Remember that the more proof you have, the better! If you are familiar with recording demos, that would be great. And since you have already used tfstats.tf before, check out the other features it has. So while you get your playtime up, try a few of these out, and don't forget to read our rules pages!
