I joined as soon as you were comm banned, but from what I heard you were mic spamming and then since you had so man comm blocks its permanant this time because you obviously havent learned

Doesn't matter if he didn't follow the template, it includes all necessary information. Aside from the incorrect steam ID, of course, which is actually STEAM_0:0:84600221. Don't know how he'd get 1 number wrong when copypasting.

Unfortunately, the appeal is also really shit and shows he doesn't take responsibility for own actions, so I'd decline it on that alone. Only when he takes a step forward, explaining all the things he has done wrong and how he plans to improve them, will we lift this...
