So on Jailbreak there's this guy who keeps on getting warden/guard and idk if it's a glitch or if he's cheating but how.

JFK (the blue present there) is a donor, and is thus immune to being autobalanced in Jailbreak. Once there are enough reds to permit a second guard, other players will be able to join blue.
