Declined Battalion's Backup on x10 100% crits

The thing with Battalion's Backup on x10 100% crits is that it is too overpowered
For example, you can literally own the whole enemy team with it.
The time for it to go down is insanely slow + the fact that the Battalion's Backup makes you get less damage.

Is it possible to ban it, or nerf it?
Also, this is just a mere suggestion, I'm not really bothered by it anyway, just thought it's a bit OP.

No unique weapons are balanced in x10.

If you are having trouble against it, the machina will kill the soldier in one hit, the direct hit in two, and the stock invisiwatch + stock knife works wonders as well.
