Banned for Cheating?

Hello to the people who are reading this. I got banned i believe about a week ago for suppose cheating while not having any cheats on. I literally just hopped on tf2 and wanted to play jailbreak with a friend. Joined in with him and around 7 seconds later i get banned for cheating whilst not owning cheats.
Hope this can be resolved so and being able to play again.

Hello i was banned from black wonder for supposed cheating becuase i was hitting all my headshots with a gibus on my at the time was House Keeping i would like to get this issue resolved
