This is the footage of you blocking another player.

The video clearly shows you intentionally going towards the enemy to immediately reflect their rocket.

The rules states:

there was no warning.

You are right, I didn't give out a warning simply because of two reasons. You left as soon as you blocked the other player so I couldn't give you a warning.
I would've banned you even if you stayed on the server. You have been warned multiple times, banned for blocking before and you always scream at people for blocking.

I will decline your appeal based on everything mentioned above.
