On what servers do you usually play on and which one would you like to moderate?
Blackwonders dodgeball EU server
Why would you like to become a moderator?
to make the game more fair and better for other players that just want to enjoy playing on blackwonder servers. I just see too many griefers, blockers, etc. and most of the time there isn't an admin online, and since I play on the dodgeball server every day for at least 2-3 hours I could make sure that everything is alright almost always

from 3 pm to 11 pm
Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the server you want to moderate
depends on the punishment. For instance, if the player stole the rocket I would warn him 3 times and then slay him. if it was something more serious like stealing multiple times and saying offensive stuff into the chat I would ban him. the duration of the ban depends on what he wrote or how many times has he done a certain thing
