Closed Autorefresh for thread watching

Just add a box that refreshed the threads every minute.

if you follow threads, you get a desktop notification (if you have that enabled) and your notification bell at the top also updates. once you click on it and load the thread the whole forums refreshes. if you follow a thread, you'll get notified when an update/reply comes out. Unless I'm misunderstanding what you want?
