Why were you punished?
I don't know why i was punished, i tried to go onto a blackwonder server about a month ago from about a 2 year break from tf2 and it said i was banned, and then i checked the ban list and it said the ban reason was "duplicate account", I just want to know why the ban reason "duplicate account" means.

Why should we revoke your punishment?
I'm not the only one that this is happening to, i live with multiple people that play tf2 and they are experiencing the same problem with the same "duplicate account" reason for the ban. I don't know if playing with the same IP as another person has something to do with it.

There have been 3 accounts that were banned by the anticheat. The main account that got banned was for cheating, using an aimbot using the sniper rifle:
