I get along with people rather easily and i thought i'd give this a shot after a Staff Member said i'd be a good mod + i want servers to be as fun to everyone as possible.

Daily. (i mostly play blackwonder(i just got back from a long break))

Please give us your ideal way of punishing players, specific to the servers you want to moderate
-Any server: racism and other hate speech - Silence 2-4 hours with massively increasing time for each additional offense. -VSH: Stalling/preventing players from enjoying the game: Slay, if continued: kick. and if they persist: Ban for increasing amount of time, after 3rd ban time perma ban.

Despite being danish and being in denmark my whole life i am not as good at writing danish as you would imagine, but i understand it perfectly well and i can speak it very well too. (i do have a small issue in translating danish to english for other people to understand)

I'll go ahead and do a basic review of your application.

Not enough playtime

Class Wars, VSH, times X and MVM

From what I've gather on TFStats, it seems like you're more on Class Wars than any other gamemode. You've touched other different gamemodes, but I wouldn't believe you would at least know of each different gamemode, due to your playtime. Although, that can change throughout spending more time on the servers you applied for.

I would recommend to be aware of what you say. Remember that there are minors on our servers too.

This is a basic idea of how a ladder works.

Closing thoughts from me:
- HIGHLY recommended to keep your playtime up and make reports if needed.
- Reports for me are a big thing as it makes me know that you understand the rules and know what to do with rule breakers if you were to become a mod.
- What software/recording would you be using?

Jumping in to take a look, since my name is on the known staff members.

So, getting that out of the way first: yes I know Aubrey we've met on US | Classwars and gave them permission to add me to their application.

No Priors that I can see on our end. However, as PanYo pointed out, your choice of discussion on many occasions is rather adult. Now granted, TF2 is by no means a kid's game, but we do have younger members of the community who play. Nothing immediately serious stood out to me during play sessions, though I would suggest toning it down a little.

Moving on to playtime, I wouldn't say 1.5 days is a bad thing, but the fact you had such a large spike of gameplay right after a significant gap isn't a great look.

Your punishments are a little vague and don't look consistent, you start with a Slay, jump to a Kick, to a Ban, and then a Permanent Ban.
If you take a look at some of the accepted applications you'll notice that their punishments are a lot more in-depth.
We also try to warn people before they get punished and very rarely jump to permanently banning someone unless they do something serious.

Overall, not bad but needs some improvements. Touching on what PanYo said, Break the 3-day playtime and make a couple of reports to show your engagement and commitment. Chat with people on Discord and lessen the dirty talk when on servers.
