Answered Appealing a False Ban

Hi, so I was in the middle of playing on your TF2 Highertower x1000 server and got banned out of nowhere by the console. I don't have a VAC ban on my account nor do I actively possess nor use cheating software. The picture I've attached below displays the false ban appended to my account. For your convenience, I'll also provide a link to my Steam profile in case you need it and my Discord. The only other ban I have at this time is a permanent spray ban for whatever reason, but that's not what this is about. I hope to have this issue resolved soon, thanks.

(Also I made an account on the forums just to post this, so I'm unfamiliar with the layout of the website so I don't know if there's a proper place where I'm supposed to submit ban appeals. Sorry for the inconvenience.)
