Why were you punished?
After I gave will his LR he chose Rapid rocket day. Then he ran at me and I shot him then I was banned for 1 day off of blue.

Why should we revoke your punishment?
I Shot Will because as I have played jailbreak I have seen many others do the act. Additionally, in the rules, it is seen to me as a grey area because it doesn't address it.

Giving "Last Request": When the last prisoner has survived by following the orders, for example winning a minigame that eliminated the other prisoners, you have to give this person his/her "Last Request". You can’t give a rebel or a freeday "Last Request" but you can ask the last prisoner to finish the game they are playing to get their "Last Request".

WIll had already gotten and chosen his LR and I do not see 1 simple mistake necessary for a 1 day guard ban. I understand it was freekill and I have learned from the mistake.

You do not kill the person with LR or freeday until they rebel, if he hit you by all means shoot him. If not, it would be freekill

Unless he was literally forcebaiting you, he wasn't rebelling. Even after they choose an LR, reds are not free to be killed. It is possible for blues to bait, and the "blues cannot bait" rule means that it's against the rules, it doesn't knock it out as a possibility.

Now I know that. I understand I did wrong but he had already gotten his freeday and chosen so I was not denying so I feel I only needed a warning not a full day ban.

You have played jailbreak enough to understand the rules that you dont kill non rebellers. that's "figuratively" rule number one of jailbreak. you can sit this one out and it's only a team ban anyway as i could have been much harsher. declined
