Invalid Am I IP banned or something

every time I join the server I’m unable to join a team and my console is flooded with my IP followed by “send reliable stream overflow”

I can hear everyone’s mics and see chat, but I can’t do anything besides click “next” on the welcome message that you get when joining any server

If this about the time I renamed myself “Dj Ennis” it was a joke.

All help appreciated.

The reason I ask this here is because it only occurs on blw servers

I also noticed my tfs place was reset
