Why were you punished? Well it says abusive on a jailbreak server and as a moderator on another jailbreak server I assume that means freehitting and freekilling.

Why should we revoke your punishment? Well to start I have NEVER played on any of your jailbreak servers before as I am a moderator here : http://war3evo.info/admins.php. 2. well I dont have any evidence exept I gave my brother my laptop password because he said he needed to do school things on it. 3. why am I banned from all your servers when its jailbreak... so at the very least unban me from all your servers besides jailbreak. 4. Im a mod on a jailbreak server... I dont think I would freekill on another jailbreak server unless I had an alt

You gave your brother access and didn't log out of Steam beforehand. Any and all things that happened is by proxy your fault as you allowed your brother to use your laptop while still logged in.

Btw, the brother excuse is used so often that it's almost pointless bringing that up.

It doesn't matter if you're a Jailbreak moderator on another community, you can still go to other ones to troll or break rules. I've seen it before, I will see it again in the future.
All bans on Blackwonder are community-wide, you cannot be unbanned from any specific server without the whole ban being revoked.

Why would you state that you would break rules on an alt? Maybe you were in control of the account and are using the brother excuse. Maybe you thought you WERE on an alt account, and since you've been banned on your main, it might affect your reputation on the community you help moderate.

Well I honestly never thought to log off steam...
I know its my fault
The server I moderate used (it dosnt anymore) to troll alot so if I did troll on an alt wouldnt really matter
This account isnt an alt look at the hours on tf2 and other games I wouldnt spend that much time on an alt to make it look legit

I have nothing more relevant to the appeal itself to state, it's down to the admins to judge the appeal.

I will state, however, that if it was in fact your brother using your steam account on the Blackwonder servers, imagine what would happen if he joined the servers you moderated and caused havoc there.

You would have a hard time explaining yourself, might even cost you your moderator/admin powers on that set of servers. Make sure your account is only accessed by you in the future.

1. You freekilled a bunch of people and disconnected. The server had multiple things going on so I just selected abusive from the plugin option for banning disconnected players. And it seems to have been right option, as you correctly identified the meaning.

2. I do not care where you are a moderator. I would ban Mohammed, Jesus or Totoro if they mass freekilled on our servers. It almost makes me more suspicious, that would even bring that up.

3. As @Cammy pointed out, if it was your "brother" then why would he go mass freekill on our servers when he could admin abuse on yours.

The brother excuse has been done so many times now that anyone that uses it can immediately be fingered as a liar. Don't try to save your ass with poor excuses and just admit the rule breaking was of your doing. It'll make things pretty easy on everyone.

Well IDK if it was my brother but it wasnt me and he was the only one with access to my laptop so I assumed it was him
