Completed Advertise the new class wars server in the dustbowl one so people know it exists

Nobody knows the server exists, A little text ocasionally in game wouldn't hurt. Maybe another announcement on the steam group? The last one was at 5 am PST, so most regulars on here didn't even know it was up.
