Declined Admin glitches?

This might be only in csgo. However, Ice and I were messing around with muting. We found out that if he mutes me I cannot unmute myself. It says muted by higher admin. However if I mute him it does the same thing. It's not necessary to be changed. I didn't even know where to put it in the forums. I just thought it would be good for staff to know this.

You're equal because it's group-set, and a cvar is probably still set to prevent equal immunity targeting each other, hence why it conflicts. Maybe. Idk.

Could most likely be changed by fussing around with immunity/admin cvar configurations.
But what do I know. The last time i used sourcemod was something around 1945 i think
