Why do you want to become an admin?
I have been willing to become admin for quite a while now but never got into it. The reason why is because I have been trying to manage the server for a while now with my Donor commands of mute and gag. Despite my management, I still see people willing to let these people break rules by voting no on my votes. That's what gets people to not like me.

School: Anytime after 3:00PM PST Break:Most other days like Tuesday, Thursday,etc. I will be available all day.
Weekends: Every other weekend all day.
How would you go about punishing a hacker, spammer, simple rulebreaker, etc?
These are neutral punishments.These are for all servers.
Mic Spam: First Mute will be 30 minutes. The rest depends on previous punishments
Chat Spam: First Gag will be 30 minutes. The rest depends on previous punishments
Immature Voice/Mic : Warning. If they continue then 30 minute mute.
Hacker: What I do is look at their movement when they get out of spawn. If they are smooth then become jittery when aiming, I will assume that they are hacking.
Porn on Spray: Spray Ban (duh)
Hack Advertisment: Perma Gag or Mute.
AFK: Kick to make room for others
Disrespsectful Behavior: 30 Minute Gag/Mute
Racism: 1 Day Mute/Gag. The rest depends on previous punishments
These are Jailbreak punishments.
Bad Mic :Team Switch. It will be an Hour team ban if they go back to BLU.
Freekill: 1 Hour teamban
Mass Freekill: 1-7 Day Ban depending on previous behavoir
Gaurd with no Mic :1 Day team ban.
Ghosting: 1 Hour mute/gag
Ammo Glitching: 1 Day ban
Mass Bait (Jarate,Milk, etc.): Slay
Illegal FF: 30 Minute team ban
Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know.
Challenges
There will be challenges for me such as my age and voice (which is finally calming down).
I feel like another challenge would be my Comm Blocks. Honestly, Im okay if you -rep if you dont like my Comm Blocks. From this point on, I am using all of my effort to calm down my comm block list. I hope I never get another one.
My Upsides
I am willing to help the community in any way.
I have a lot of activity on the fourms such as My Reports and others.
The only time you find my bad side is when I am dealing with a rule breaker.
Me crying on Request Help. nobody ever comes
I have 1 server ban but it was appealed completely.
Good at negotiation with my appeals.
My Downsides
I'm 12.
My voice has yet to FULLY mature.
Some others don't like me that much.

I know you aren't done with the app and you accidentally posted it, but I think I can give my personal opinion without this app being finished.

You have 20 total blocks some of which include overtalk and other inappropriate uses of mic.

That is what @Jim said on your most recent mute appeal, which was just this Monday.

Maybe it's a little soon to be making an app. 20 is a pretty big number.

Otherwise the application's punishment section is actually very well done. The rest is fairly generic and lacking in detail. You are immature in game and I do not believe you would be fair with admin powers + your comm blocks, the latest of which was yesterday.

If they are smooth then become jittery when aiming, I will assume that they are hacking.

NEVER assume someone is cheating! If they're "jittery when aiming" it's probably because they have a high ping, or some other reason. What you want to do is spectate them for a few minutes and record a demo.

And you can look as admin if SMAC (source mod anti-cheat) detected something, also it can be a high sensitivity. so yeah.

Extending to what alex had said, if I used cl_yawspeed 99999 and then used +right, would you ban me? You shouldn't; it was not justified.
Some Snipers are really good players. The only way to tell is to go CnD Spy and not get blinked and see if you're shot (awareness can get you killed, however) or as an Atomic Punch Scout to test silent aim and tracking. Always record a demo when you suspect someone of cheating.

This is a really neat application, considering your age.

However, you are consistently getting yourself commblocked, which obviously doesn't sit well with any of the current staff members.

In addition, if anyone ever needs to utter the sentence 'people don't like me', then usually the fault lies either in their own behaviour or the amount of which they care or misinterpret what others think. As an active admin there'll be hate speech left and right, humorously serious death threats, and in some particularly interesting cases genitalia photoshopped onto pictures of your face. @Drexils

If you can't filter out constructive criticism from the inevitable flood of unprecedented hate, you won't have a good time as an admin.

Still, read what the others said and mayby even go back to past admin applications to see why they did (or didn't) got accepted and try to adapt to them in the future, as of right now I do not see this being accepted but still,

Right away I read through replies from previous admins, and you have way to many recent comm blocks for me to even think about giving you anything but a -Support. Admins need to know the rules to enforce them.

While we appreciate this application, it certainly was one of the better ones that I saw from a 12 year old, we found there are too many flaws and insecurities in it. This results in us having a lack of trust in you.

To start with the major issue. You have a long record of rule breaking beyond our community, namely SMT Gaming and Degree-Gaming. You admitted to hacking and you admitted to using an alt. account to avoid the punishment on SMT Gaming. Your second appeal was then accepted mostly due to your childish, innocent behavior. I think you understand when we say we can't have an admin with a past like that. That would be just grotesque. And on top of all this come the loads of comm. blocks you have received here.

Then there are milder problems. Like the fact that for some reason you set your age to 21 here. That you cannot see why this isn't an upside

Contradicting yourself when you say you know admin commands and you have never managed servers before, not explaining yourself properly. Not addressing the fact that you have been rightfully banned for hacking in the past, maybe even hoping that we won't find out.

Overall, I really don't think you are ready to carry the responsibilities of an admin. Your history rules you out almost instantly, but even if we ignore all that, you are way too young and irresponsible to be able to handle the Team Fortress community in all it's glory.
