He didn't resign, his permissions were removed by Ben for abuse, because he wasn't able to use them properly.

Now reread his replies to Loldielol. Volatility like that is not admin-fit characteristics. Given how he behaved behind the scenes and overall, it was a wasted effort. To be blunt.
