Why do you want to become an admin?
I want to become an Admin because i think this is a wonderful community, and want to help make it even better. When i made a late introduction (My Introduction), quite a few people welcomed me. On jailbreak, i notice that a lot of the time there are people on blue without a mic. Quite a few people complain about not being able to go on blue, as there are too many people on blue already without a mic (i am also one of those people). If i was admin, i would do a mic check on the server once or twice a map change. I enjoy playing on Blackwonder servers and would be happy to help. I think that i would be able to help out with people calling admins on the jailbreak servers.

Chat spam - Told to stop, if they do not, gag for 30 minutes > gag for 6 hours > gag for 1 day > gag for 1 week > gag for 2 weeks > permanent gag

Dodging / evading a punishment > whatever the punishment was, multiplied by 2

Ghosting - Tell the person ghosting, if they continue mute / gag for 1 hour > 2 hour mute/gag > 6 hour mute / gag > 12 hour mute / gag > 1 day mute / gag > 7 day mute / gag > 2 week mute / gag > permanent mute / gag

Mass Freekill - 14 day ban, If they say it was an accident and immediately slay themselves - 7 day ban. If they do it again, permanent ban

Kill orders / Freekill orders - Tell them that it isn't allowed, if they continue - teamban for 12 hours > 1 day teamban > 7 day teamban > 2 week teamban > permanent teamban

Tricky / illegal orders - Tell the warden to be more clear and specific, if they do not, and continue with their orders - teamban for 6 hours > 12 hour teamban > 1 day teamban > 7 day teamban > 2 week teamban > permanent team ban.

Warden hogging - Warn them that they cannot !w (force warden) more than 3 times, and slay them, if they persist - teamban for 30 minutes > 1 hour teamban > 2 hour teamban > 6 hour teamban > 12 hour teamban > 1 day teamban > 7 day teamban > 2 week teamban > permanent teamban

Lying as warden - Tell the warden he cannot lie and tell him to cancel his order, if someone has died or was punished in some way and the warden slays himself, then he will be forgiven, however if he does not he will be teambanned for 1 hour > 3 hour teamban > 6 hour teamban > 12 hour teamban > 1 day teamban > 7 day teamban > 2 week teamban > permanent teamban

I have accidently abused my donor abuse once or twice, sometimes accidently misspelling a name, muting the wrong person due to people with a namechanging script changing there name a few seconds before i start the vote. I also have accidently misinterpreted the rules, leading to gagging someone for low - level player abuse. I have re-read the rules several times and do not think i will make this mistake again. I do not believe i have any commblocks. On https://bans.blackwonder.tf/ there is a ban under my name, but if you click on the steam id, you will see it is clearly not me. Also, when i say that i don't know admin commands, i would like to point out that i know quite a few commands (what i'm saying is, that i have a basic of admin commands). I also would like to point out that i take racism and player abuse very seriously. If there any questions about this application, please don't hesitate to ask them below. I might be young, but i am quite mature if i do say so myself, i was in OC class for years 5 and 6, and am currently at a selective high school. So please don't think i will be bad and abuse my power since i'm young .

This is my main problem with your app.
Your forum activity was very low up until yesterday when you "spammed" the forums and applied one day later (today).
Similar to hey ya I'll refrain from posting my full response for now due to lack of time.

The first time I met you in-game was only about a week ago and it was not good at all. you were being very trigger-happy with your votes towards players despite an admin on the server causing me to take longer to give a correct punishment combined with your trivial understanding of the rules makes me have no doubts that you donor abuse. Most of your punishment lengths make little sense with you jumping from a week to perm for most of them and if you actually cared enough to make your application on a doc before publishing that gives me the impression that you wanted it to be perfect, so why do you have 11 edits in 1 day?

With you already going nuts with donor commands, only 1 invalid report, rushed to gain access to applying, and not knowing the rules very well -Support

It is a nice looking app, though a few things in punishments are wrong however to be an admin while it doesnt require it but having a mature voice would be something key in order to get across your view when talking to people in server and dishing out punishments or enforcing rules, i believe that at 13 years of age you wouldnt have that. however i have not met you in server so i cannot say for sure. however you've admitted to abusing donor so if you cant even handle that i dont see you being able to handle admin. -SUPPORT

Hi Matt. Lets get into it.

First off, for most of your punishments, you seem to go all the way to 1 week, then permanent afterwards. This is a tad bit too harsh, most of us here will go to 2 weeks before permanent. You could have asked one of us or done some research in Sourcebans from high-profile rule breakers.

Second, the donor abuse thing doesn't look too good. But you have said it was sometimes from misinterpretation of names or rules. Still, this doesn't exempt you from punishment if caught. I'm glad you are being honest with us though.

Lastly, do you know how to make reports? Making reports and recording demos is the best way to understand the role of an admin. You don't seem to have any reports so I will take it as a no, but if I were you and was serious about joining our team, I would start learning how to do that.

Gonna have to go ~neutral leaning towards -support until you have fixed what has been said above. I feel like if you fixed these things, you would have a really good chance. I've played with you in-game and I don't have any problems with you. As always, good luck.
