Why do you want to become an admin?
I know the rules and check them frequently. If I have troubles with any people who do things against rules it would be nice to be able to Do something. This problem appears and happens to the majority of users. I basicly applied in order to try to keep servers enjoyable.

Middle-European Time Zone (Germany); 24/7 steam message on my mobile; and playing on servers as much as possible mon-firday 4pm-9pm at least roughly and sat/sun differs
How would you go about punishing a hacker, spammer, simple rulebreaker, etc?
I would treat hackers / scripting people with an instaban and a record if possible. Simple rulebreaker will get asked about their behavior, excuses and explanations and will get treated differently depending on if they agree or not comply to the rule and do so, ignore me as an admin or act obviously against the rules intentional and want to keep doing so. Spammers will get muted or gagged for at least 1 hour depending on their previous behaviour and if they type or talk via their mic.
My experience as an alright Warden on the Jailbreak Servers tought me that believing into people is worth a try. So I am going to give warnings and make it clear that an admin is on the server. Hackers/script user might be an exception depending on the gamemode. I play Jailbreak mostly so I am planning on being positioned very communicative. I speak perfect german,russian and English, this skill made me able to communicate to rule breakers that do not speak english and cannot understand me in a lot of cases and I believe it is helpful
Please give any other information you might think is useful for us to know.
I am frequently texting overkill and I have a good reputation about my behavior on the LA Jailbreak, I suppose. So it would be nice considering Melectrome and Overkill or at least Overkills oppinion about me. (Also for the honesty: I have received a few mutes and gags by donors and admins of course, and i also got a 3 day ban punishment for a rulebreaking according to a glitch abuse by Jim- I didn't quite know how I did at that moment)
