Completed Add respawn time after a kill

With instant respawn time that was added, you can´t see a deathcam you can´t taunt after a kill, its impossible to win as blu, even if you are blu heavy/soldier/engi against red scouts.
Every round red is camping blu spawn. Even if blu is about to cap, red can like before suicide for insta respawn and defend the point.
just a hell, and it isn't fun.. Pls, add a little time for respawn.
And i'm not talking only about class wars..

As far as I know, respawn times were just re-adjusted to remove killcams.

Killcams are fine. You have the option of watching something funny happen, like a good ragdoll or your killer getting domed by an allied sniper, but if you want to get back into the action right away you can just change classes, which will instantly respawn you and skip the killcam. Killcams can also offer tactical information, like where your enemy is headed or if they have any allies with them, something you lose out on with pure instant respawn.
TLDR: I'd rather have the option of watching a killcam then no option at all.
