Add non CP_Orange 100% crits servers

CP_Orange 100% Crits heavily favors Sniper due to CP_Orange having many large sightlines for snipers that can be hard to deal with, making the issue worse is the fact that bodyshots deal the same damage as headshots.
All these issues make the 100% crits servers unfun to play as most classes.

How everyone is going to counter snipers on a huge flat surface map without any covers if there are no 100% crits?
