Declined Add Killstreak effect for /donor

I think its a the other reason to purchase Donor status.
Cool effect on your own killstreak weapon without getting 5/10 kills

Unfortunately, your suggestion is against the ToS and therefore cannot be added to our servers.

EDIT: If, however, you just want you get the 5/10 kill effect, you can use the !ks command.
Obviously, you need a weapon with a killstreak effect.
