Declined Add a !warn command

So, I was thinking if there could be added a /warn or !warn command. Only admins and donators would be able to use it (because obviously normal players could abuse it), and too a /warnings or !warnings command (for everyone), so you can see how many warnings do you have, see who warned you and the warnings you have.

This would be easier to warn people, and optional, because some players by getting comm blocked say ''Nobody warned me''.

Example: A guy is spamming, so you'll type: /warn [Name or STEAM ID] [warning] or !warn [Name or STEAM ID] [warning]

That's my suggestion. =P

I would like this, independent of whether people pay attention to it or not.

I myself like to give warnings before I do the voting.
