So, when I'm browsing the admin apps I always see someone giving +Support or even -Support but they aren't even an admin. Do normal users get to vote too? Because I tought that only admins are allowed to vote since someone is applying to be on their team.., so yeah...

The players are also allowed to give their opinions
Everyone is free to give their opinion as long as it doesn't turn into just repeating what has already been said. If you have a lot of experience with the "applicant" feel free to leave an essay. Or you can just say whether you would like to see him become an admin and why.
