Aw man, what can i say about you Lox.

I could see moderating was starting to eat at you a bit and i'm glad you made this decision on your own accord, TF2 is supposed to be a source of enjoyment and not a source of stress, I think certain individuals ruin the experience for other players (Looking at people like you Sonny) and make staff and regulars lives hell.

I think you did a great job with the toolset you had in hand. Staff are people too and i don't think people gave you the the acknowledgement you deserved with your time dedicated to the report section. I believe you have made a few errors but the fact that you are moderating the hardest server in BLW server list, I'm always willing to cut you some slack.

I am happy to hear that you are going to remain on the servers and i wouldn't mind seeing you with the blue name again after you enjoy your retirement for a while.

Not forever, far from. After about a year here as mod (6 days added to my 1 year anni,) I just had enough. Too many expectations, too much work, too high of standards. I'd like to think I did a good job while I was staff, but it just got to be too much socially. Thanks to everyone who supported me, but I'm officially no longer staff here. I'm still confused about whether it was a demotion or me retiring, and I don't mind either way. Feels like a million shackles have been released and I can play with confidence in the rules. I thought I was just the 'realest' of the staff members, acting the most 'human,' but I really was just underprepared.

I'll still be active on LA/USJB, US Trade Minecraft, and I'll pop in USEZDB or LA Hightower No Carts occasionally. You bet your ass I'll be making reports on the forums though, no matter where I am. I didn't lose respect for anyone here or Blackwonder as a whole. You may not realize it, but they really got their shit together compared to some other *ahem* defunct communities. TF2SwapShop

Feels like a long time coming, and it's sorta bittersweet. Leaning toward bitter, but it's nothing a little time can't heal. See y'all soon- and you'll finally get to see how I actually am, without the implied 'politeness' barrier staff has!

Not gonna like, you made the right decision to leave, I don't think I could've seen you being happy in that position with the given circumstances, and I would have not been either if I was in your shoes. If some of the people you had to be around were as insufferable as they first seemed I would've immediately left myself.
You did a lot more work than some admins and in the timespan that you were staff and weren't recognized for it-that's pretty lame. I respect that you held your head high despite the fact.

Enjoy the freedom of being a regular player and not having to be constantly regulated by other insane people.
