  If you participate in a freekilling spree then you can get banned. Ignore the Warden's orders if he is telling you to freekill. Tell him about the rules and if he starts team killing for ignoring an invalid order, then report him in.

You are currently perma teambanned for not having a mic on blue team by Lucas . In addition you have another day long teamban for freekilling, two other mass freekilling server bans (one from just a month ago), a call abuse ban and another for being rude.

"Freekilling" isn't an admin and killing all reds "because warden said so" doesn't sound reasonable nor convincing as a reason to unban you. Were it up to me I would leave you teambanned even if you had a mic based on your record.
