Sometimes people spawn will spawn with weapons that don't work, i.e. unable to swap to medigun, and demoknights can't charge on blu and red. Any help?

A lot of people use conniver's kunai (recieve's 2k health) and liberty launcher (because of how fast the projectiles go), but how about you? What's your favorite weapon and class to use?
