Seems like a good idea, but as stated, two minutes is a bit excessive. I'd say four minutes before it moves you to spectator, and another minute or two before the AFK timer kicks you.

Either the "!fire" command is purposely set to an unreachable quota to avoid abusing it (I doubt it as some instances allow a maximum of around 20 votes) or the plugin is just a little broken. Nothing's perfect.
