the second screen shot is a bit unreliable and in-evident but I can just say what happened: I was getting spawn killed by "[LP]" and right after I got dominated I switched to spectator on the EXACT moment I was getting killed in my own spawn.

I have ran into this issue as well, and its kinda a let down since I enjoy going on and tanking peoples damage just like on a Hale server.
