You should be able to beat maps in 75 minutes. If you couldn't at least you learned a lot and next time you will be. If you really can't get through a section use !p, that gives you noclip but stops the timer.

You can always just switch servers, go to an achievement server and farm those kills in 5 minutes. On the other hand I think we're planning to add a command to spend 100 credits and receive another contract so this should be solved when that gets added.
