True, RTD didin't need to be balanced because it was supposed to be unbalanced anyway. But as told, it is possible to change the new RTD effects to old ones and i'd love to return to the broken ones. Posting that image just in case. (not my comment btw)

Oh i understand now. In Vsh l'entrager stats has been rewritten, so it doens't have the extra %s duration for cloak but it has +15% Cloak on Hit. In Skyhigh you can just deactivate Dead Ringer to recharge faster and go into the void to get medkits or run away, op as hell bruh.
