No player has the obligation to answer to a donator. Thus votemuting someone that is not responding to you is donator abuse as you can falsely votemute someone. (Like how Jumbo is never willing to react to donors). If the warden did a fail round by not giving orders in the first 30-60 seconds...

Dunno, maybe because they don't check people with a donator tag as it is known that admins don't have a donator tag.

What cammy says does happen, people on Jailbreak that like to break rules check when an admin is joining. Even when I went offline, changed name + avatat + went to private. People still found ways to find admins. I say that in past tense because I ain't that known at the moment :p
