The ban on your main was placed by @Bigunit so its ultimately up to him, however the bans on alts will most likely stay regardless of his decision on the matter.

Player was re-banned for abuse while this was up.

Doesn't really matter, prove to any staff member in-game that you have a functional mic and the teamban will be removed.

Even if he was donor abusing (which neither you nor Nate have provided convincing evidence of so far) you still don't have the right to spam votekick him. You get ahold of a staff member and have them deal with it.
