Thanks for the report, I've issued a 3 day ban for http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198150177894 But the other guy if he was the guy handing abuse via mic then you need to record it, as there wasn't any evidence towards him I cannot issue a gag/mute.

Well if it was possible to detect players mics then that'd be a great idea albeit I don't go on jailbreak server unless there's problems with players/maps. In regards to !w, I believe having this available would probably lead to abuse, if it's remotely possible to abuse warden.

I guess he means it doesn't mute the player, this was probably the change you did with that suggestion ages ago regarding changing the percentage required to actually mute player. Just guessing.
