If all the reds have ammo and all the blus have ammo then yes the blus need crits. It makes it harder to rebel with reds already being able to just bhop away and there are half (or less) blus then reds so controlling them is hard without making the game unfun for the reds in other aspects...

If you were taking a long time then you may have been slayed for delaying the round as you weren't actively trying to kill Hale. Apart from that, no using secrets is not against the rules.

This is your first forums post and so haven't reported anyone before, apart from in #requesthelp in our discord - which you only have 3 messages in, and you only 14 hours experience on our tf2 servers. You can get to know staff by being more active in the above mentioned places. Could you say...

I accept your apology but I still don't think it is appropriate for you to have a staff role as of now.

If you want to moderate dodgeball then you should give some dodgeball related punishments. Also, staff don't mute for less than an hour. You should also be more active on the forums and the discord and get to know the community more since you haven't spoken to any staff. Good luck with your app.
