also, for the current version the cell door don't open via warden menu or button. I haven't tested the admin command to open cells but I don't think it would work. I'm pretty sure I was able to open them as warden once but no one else was able to when they were.

try putting in to console: "hud_saytext_time 0?", if yes put "hud_saytext_time 20" the same bug happened for me and this command fixed it. i dont know if i had to restart my game but id be safe and do so.
