The name is a little misleading, on Duel, spawn camping is allowed because almost everything you do would be considered spawn camping since the map is so small. If a medic heavy camp your spawn you can just go pyro and kill them in a matter of seconds. We consider Orange, Hightower, 2Fort etc...

Only on selected gamemodes unless you can remove the notification people get when someone with >10 or something killstreak dies, that would be quite obnoxious.

I don't think the weapons are worth it for those few easter eggs, but the rtd could be patched up, I would actually like if blue never died because of an rtd since he's already going to lose in the majority of cases and I agree that reds should be able to die.
